RICE West Nile is an indigenous NGO founded in 2004, headquartered in Arua City with a mandate to operate across Uganda. The organization empowers rural communities for self-reliance through programs in health, education, livelihoods, environment, and advocacy.It operates coordination offices in Arua City and Moyo, with field offices in Imvepi and Yumbe, and implements activities across 11 districts in the West Nile sub-region.
